Legal Legacy Company was founded in 2015 with a single conviction: that every California family deserves access to professionally prepared legal documents — without the cost of a full attorney retainer.
We are a Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) firm, licensed and bonded under California Business and Professions Code §6400. We prepare estate plans, probate documents, deeds, and family law paperwork for families across all 58 California counties.

A Legal Document Assistant (LDA) is a non-attorney professional authorized under California Business and Professions Code §6400 to prepare legal documents for self-represented individuals. LDAs must be registered with the county, bonded, and comply with strict disclosure requirements.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. What we do provide is accurate, professionally prepared legal documents — drafted to California specification, reviewed for completeness, and filed correctly.
